An ongoing service for mentoring and coaching targeting all EIC beneficiaries. This service provides an innovation guide for all beneficiaries in Biomedical Engineering field. It is implemented as a web instrument to guide innovation development from idea to product on the market. It is based on 20 years’ experience from innovation development and the web instrument guides the innovator through a web portal in detail how to take steps in the different phases of development, from conceptualization through validation, product development and product launch. The problems for innovators are mostly generic even though they must be adjusted for local conditions. The technology targeted is biomedical engineering, but the steps are valid for most technological development. There will be expert guidance through workshop activities. The offer is to initially introduce the Innovation Guide to the beneficiary for one hour. A 4-hour group workshop is offered where the beneficiary may work with its project/company and implement it in the web-guide to get a better understanding of its status in the work process. Each workshop consists of max 4 projects. After that, 10 hours individual coaching is offered to each participating beneficiary. The services are delivered digitally, and the user will be registered with an email address. The invoice will be handled separately to avoid GDPR issues.
