Our 12-Week Entrepreneur Program is a comprehensive, hands-on, hybrid experience that combines workshops, one-on-one mentoring, and practical exercises to help you build and grow your business. Each program is tailored to meet the specific needs of entrepreneurs at different stages of their journey. This service, specifically tailored for EIC Transition and EIC Accelerator beneficiaries, provides participants with strategic insights to drive informed decision-making. We work with entrepreneurs to define an optimal collaboration strategy and initial business proposition through the following key deliverables: 1) Strategic Advisory - expert guidance on company financing and business development pathways; 2) Comprehensive Business Plan - a strategic slide deck in PowerPoint format; 3) Documentation Review - assessment of company materials aligned with your business proposition, financing strategy, and next-step timelines.
The TES expert team will develop a strategic slide deck (up to 25 slides) covering: a) Business Strategy: A clear articulation of your long-term vision and underlying strategic approach; b) Market Evaluation & Analysis: Primary market identification through desk research, comparing up to 3 target markets or use cases, including competitive landscape analysis and addressable market sizing; c) Customer Segmentation: Description of the main user groups across up to 3 target markets; d) Product-Market Fit: Analysis of how your solution delivers value to the market; e) Commercialisation Strategy: Specific go-to-market approach with tailored advice on market entry, strategic partnerships, and pricing strategies to maximise revenue potential; f) Financial Overview: Current financial performance and sales forecasts; and g) Gap Analysis & Recommendations: Identification of market barriers and opportunities, with actionable steps to enhance market readiness and address critical gaps.
In the initial step, we will plan an online meeting to discuss the process and identify the needs of the EIC beneficiary in specific detail (free of charge). The service is designed as an initial package at a cost of €12,500 excl. VAT. The support will be delivered in a time frame of 12 weeks. The specific deliverables will be tailored to the EIC beneficiary's needs and identified in the introductory meeting.
The Entrepreneur Studio (TES) is an Irish consulting firm specialised in accelerating innovations. TES reserves the right not to engage with EIC beneficiaries that fall outside its areas of expertise.
