The first phase of the work consists of an evaluation of the company's commercial position and its potential competitiveness on the Brazilian market. The second phase will be supported through the development of training and coaching activities with experts in the field of marketing, international trade, and the specific sector relating to the Target Country. The third phase involves applying the knowledge gained during the first two phases to develop appropriate business plans, financial plans, go-to-market strategies and growth strategies.
