Service description
A service for commercialisation targeting EIC Accelerator beneficiaries. The service aims to support the development of corporate strategies aimed at dialogue with the main commercial interlocutors of the Brazilian and Chinese market. A group of experts will guide companies in identifying their business model with respect to the Brazilian or Chinese market, evaluating the useful paths to reach the best interlocutors of the target market. The first phase of the work consists of an evaluation of the company's commercial position and its potential competitiveness on these markets. The second phase will be the support through the development of training and coaching activities with experts in the field of marketing, international trade and the specific sector relating to the Target Countries. The third phase involves applying the knowledge gained during the first two phases to develop appropriate business plans, financial plans, go-to-market strategy and growth strategy. The final phase will involve beneficiaries in networking and pitching sessions to acquire commercial, financial or investor partners.

Financial requirements

€ 900,00 per month - the duration of the service depends on the needs of the EIC awardees, but can vary from 3 to 12 months.
