Service description
Ongoing consultancy and R&D services in the broad field of medical systems, including the application of AI and VR, automation of data acquisition and analysis, and image recognition. Services may include software solution development, biomedical signal processing, bioelectronic system design and prototyping, and cognitive system development. The biomedical data processing and analysis service provides automatic and semi-automatic exploration of large sets of multimodal data to support reliable evaluation of research hypotheses and discovery of new relationships between entities. Activities in data analysis include: data cleaning, missing data imputation, correlation and relationship analysis for nominal variables, predictive models for regression and classification, linear mixed models, design and implementation of machine learning approaches (including deep learning), generation of data processing components for on-premises and cloud-native environments, and natural language processing and text mining. Developed software components and IP can be directly integrated into software environments, including cloud-native and mobile solutions. An experienced team develops software units, such as microservices, web services or libraries, ready for integration into software products. Services are provided by laboratories specialised in: Image Navigation Systems, Medical Image Analysis, Microscopic Image Analysis, Ultrasound, Micro-CT, Hearing and Speech Research, Psychosensory Measurements, Anthropometry, Psychophysical Assessment, Bioinformatics, Biomorphic Materials, Bioelectronic Systems Design and Prototyping, Cognitive Systems. The service delivery mode can be online, offline or hybrid. Exploratory tasks can be scheduled for offline analysis and data can be collected continuously for time-based analysis. Consulting services are available online. The scope of services is defined individually according to the needs of the beneficiary.
