Service description

This service supports technology and deep-tech companies in defining a clear capital strategy and achieving investor readiness in preparation for capital raising or strategic transactions. It is designed to translate a company’s business performance, technological strengths, and growth ambitions into a structured and financeable investment case. The service is particularly relevant for companies operating in sectors such as advanced manufacturing, robotics, climate technology, energy systems, and industrial innovation, and is aimed at founders, CEOs, CFOs, and senior management teams. Delivered over a typical period of 4 to 6 weeks, the service begins with a strategic assessment of the company’s business model, growth objectives, and capital requirements. This is followed by the development of a tailored capital strategy, including the identification of appropriate financing options, capital structure considerations, and investor positioning. A key component of the service involves aligning internal stakeholders, founders, management, and shareholders, on financing objectives, timing, and constraints to ensure a coherent and unified approach to investor engagement. Throughout the engagement, beneficiaries participate in strategic and financial assessment sessions, stakeholder alignment workshops, and iterative feedback sessions with in-house corporate finance experts. The service also includes the development of valuation frameworks, definition of funding objectives, and identification of target investor profiles. Delivered primarily through remote sessions with the option of on-site workshops, the service is adapted to the specific needs and maturity of each company. As a result, beneficiaries obtain a clearly defined capital strategy, alignment across key stakeholders, and a structured investment case, enabling them to confidently initiate and execute a capital raising or strategic transaction process.
