This six-month service is directed at EIC Accelerator, EIC Pathfinder, and EIC Transition beneficiaries developing market-ready innovations in sectors such as health, energy, mobility, deep tech, and digital technologies. The objective is to support beneficiaries in forming strategic partnerships and consortia by addressing two critical challenges: identifying specialised, sector-focused partners and attracting private investors.
The service is structured in four phases.
Phase 1: Opportunity Scoping involves in-house experts supporting beneficiaries in defining the strategic scope of collaboration and outlining partner profiles. Phase 2: Partner Mapping and Engagement uses a curated EU-wide network to identify and connect beneficiaries with corporates, R&D centres, scale-ups, and pilot partners relevant to the technology domain.
Phase 3: Investment Preparedness engages external coaches and mentors to provide tailored investor-readiness support, including pitch preparation and business model refinement.
Phase 4: Ecosystem Connection facilitates introductions to key ecosystem stakeholders such as incubators, innovation clusters and investors. The service includes workshops, tailored matchmaking sessions, and one-on-one mentoring. Expected outcomes include the formation of a high-potential consortium, increased visibility within relevant ecosystems, and an improved strategy for market access and investment attraction. Implementation is fully remote, ensuring access across EU countries. The expert team includes both in-house partnership facilitators and investor coaches selected according to the EIC beneficiary’s sector and stage of development
