Falko AS will help in defining what kind of investor the company wants: Financial, strategic, industrial, and, if applicable, the investor’s location. Falko AS helps in identifying potential investors matching the company’s strategy. Falko AS will help the company to identify what presentation tools are needed and in what form: Identify the need for different alternatives and how to prepare the best possible presentation. The following documents are usually needed: Business Plan, “One-pager” or “Teaser”, pitch-deck, financial memorandum, draft Letter-of-Intent. Pitching training or presentation techniques are parts of the preparation process. Falko AS will ensure that the various documents contain the information investors are looking for, with a clear, to-the-point and easy-to-understand language. The duration of this service depends, to a large extent, on where the company is in terms of maturity, strategy development, and fund-raising activities already done. Anywhere between 20-40 hours is normal. When concluded the company should have a clear understanding of how to implement a fund-raising campaign and how the presentation tools are to be developed.

Financial requirements

Assisting companies on an individual basis is charged at a rate of €450, per day. The number of days required can be agreed upon before any activity is initiated.
