The overall goal of these coaching sessions is to provide insights about the development of a successful, viable, and future-proof business model, and how to successfully approach investors. The business model is basically a detailed plan of how your company is or plans to generate revenue. Even though companies often assume they know the success formulae for acquiring, and retaining clients and shaping their services to create added value for their customers, there are many options and strategic choices to be made when building a business model. Our aim is to provide you with an overview and insights on various options that your venture may have when finetuning your business model. Since dealing with investors is a crucial part of fundraising, the sessions will provide startups and SMEs with knowledge on how to share their investment opportunities with investors and partners by developing a convincing and compelling story for their venture. The sessions will cover topics such as how to develop a pitch deck, who and when to pitch, how to avoid common mistakes that limit the effectiveness of the pitch, and key techniques that will help new ventures close the deal. The training will also include practical exercises so that companies can ‘learn by doing’. This service will be structured as coaching/mentoring sessions. The activity will start with a needs assessment, followed by the definition of specific KPIs/objectives to reach. KPIs/objectives are shared and discussed with the startup to ensure engagement during the overall process.
According to the required effort, the pricing for the full service is €7000, but it can be adapted to specific needs following our tailored approach.
