This service equips EIC beneficiaries with insights to enable strategic decision-making. In this service, we define the collaboration strategy towards the optimal initial business proposition. Our programme is designed along the following key deliverable: 1. Strategic advice on the company financing and business development. 2. Development of a business plan slide deck in PowerPoint format (up to 30pgs). 3. Evaluation of the company documentation in line with the business proposition, financing strategy and timelines towards the next steps. FFUND expert team will build a strategic (up to 25 page) slide deck in PowerPoint format comprising of the key chapters, a) Business strategy - Clear expose of the long-term vision of the company and the underlying strategy; b) Market evaluation and analysis - Primary market identification (desk research driven), comparing up to 3 different target markets/use cases. c) Description of the main user groups of the product (up to 3 target markets). d) Product-market fit (how the business of the client provides value for the market). The market analysis will be complemented by competitive landscape analysis and addressable market sizing. e) Commercialisation strategy - Clear description of the specific strategy with regards to repurposing. Tailored advice on market entry, partnerships, and pricing strategies to maximise revenue potential. f) Finance (in collaboration with company CFO) - Current financial performance & sales forecast. g) Gap Analysis and Recommendations: Identification of market barriers and opportunities, with actionable steps to address gaps and enhance market readiness.
In the initial step, we will plan an online meeting to discuss the process and identify the in specifics the needs of the EIC beneficiary (free of charge). The service is designed as an initial package at a cost of €12,500 excl VAT. The support will be delivered in a time frame of 4-6 weeks. The specific deliverables will be tailored to the EIC beneficiary's needs and identified in the introductory meeting.
