Business Visit and Networking to Indonesia: 5-day business immersion and networking to Indonesia directed to EIC Transition and EIC Accelerator. This service aims to provide personal interaction that builds convincing foundations for establishing relationships and attending important events to accelerate business growth. Learn about the cultures of target markets, find new business opportunities, and promote the business. The service includes travel arrangements to participate in meetings, visit exhibition and others. It also covers accommodation, transportation, meals and itineraries. The service allows staying focused on the business aspect and having a productive journey and understanding of local business culture to convey that the solution message is well received and comprehended. The minimum participant is six (6) companies, and the maximum size is limited to twelve (12) companies per visit. Participants will be given a 1-hour webinar no less than two weeks prior to the program visit that provides brief information regarding Indonesian business potential as a target market, business culture and customs in Indonesia, also practicalities information. Key points note of the visit as follow-up information will be given to participants no later than two weeks after the program visit end.

Financial requirements

The programme costs around €7000 - €8000 per participant. The participation fee includes programme arrangement, accommodation, transportation, and meals during the visit to Indonesia. Kindly note that the participation fee does not include flights and travel insurance.
