Activities: Using Commit, Teams will + Uncover Customer Value effectively and efficiently, by working with the end in mind, learning by doing, and building practical, repeatable know-how in the process + Delivering more investable Outcomes (that’s the Product AND the Team), by preparing systematically towards decision-making, tracking both initiative progress and team growth, and making this comprehensively visible to all stakeholders (Founder | Team | Coach | Mentor | Facilitator | Investor).
Expected outcome: COMMIT reduces risk, adds control, and increases the likelihood of delivering an investable outcome. Teams know they are making real, solid progress together and growing in the process; Coaches are more efficient and effective; Investors have full transparency into progress and risks.
Mode: COMMIT services are online but can be delivered in person. We strongly recommend an FFP-trained Guiding Angel to work with the Team. As needed, we connect in-point expertise, from worldwide.
Commit prerequisites are: Individual IP Assessment: € 159,- OR Team IP Assessment: from € 652 (depends on number in Team) AND Initiative Maturity Assessment € 300 AND Introduction to FFP and Commit: € 200,- A Commit Subscription is € 15,- per user, per week FFP-trained coaches guide process and progress at € 200,- per hour. A 30-minute review per week is sufficient in the first phase, moving to fortnightly as autonomy builds. Deeper coaching is € 200,- per hour: typically delivered on-demand, against a contracted call-off. All above prices exclude VAT, and exclude travel and expenses for in-person meetings.
