Target Need: Teams want to see, apply, and build Talent successfully!
Goal: When a Team 1) Knows what each Individual brings and 2) Understands the real team dynamics, it can: assess whether the Team has the Power to progress an initiative successfully, evaluate what potential new members could add to Team Power, and enable individuals can work together more productively and smoothly.
Process: Individuals complete Impact Potential (IP) assessments to characterise their Mindset (WHY), Confidence and Human Skills (WHAT), and Drive (HOW). This creates the basis to characterise the Impact Potential of the team as a unit - what it has, and where the gaps are.
Activities: In parallel we evaluate Initiative Maturity, to identify the current status and next investment decision point. Bringing the two together, the Team Fit Workshop evaluates the Team’s Fitness to progress the initiative successfully. And pinpoints where the team will need more power. At the latest when an initiative has reached PSF, the Team Optimise Workshop creates a deeper alignment of the team with its Purpose. Together, we develop action strategies to power up collective performance e.g. individual and team learning, outside know-how, or expert guidance.
Expected outcome: Through fluency in the real language of team dynamics, individuals and teams can systematically ‘Know, Grow, and Show’ their fitness for purpose and value, both for themselves and for those who would invest in them.
Mode: Services are provided by FFP-trained experts. Assessments are done online and workshops can be online or in-person, depending on customer preference.
FFP provides these paid services: - Individual IP Assessment and Report: €159. - Team IP Assessment and Report: from €652 (depends on number in Team). - Individual IP Review (max 30 mins): €60. - Team IP Review (max. 1 hour): €300. - Initiative Maturity Assessment (done by each individual, and as a Team): €300. - Team Fit Workshop (max. 2 hours): €650. - Team Optimise Workshop (max. 3 hours): €1300. - Follow-up services, such as mentor matching and coaching, are charged per customer requirements. - All above prices exclude VAT, and exclude travel and expenses for in-person meetings.
