We develop CAPEX & OPEX estimates as well as overall project plannings for clients to present to their board or investors. With dedicated departments in Process, Clean Rooms, Laboratories, Utilities, HVAC, Electricity and Construction, we provide an A to Z vision of industrialisation requirements. Examples of key aspects taken into account for startup industrialisation include: 1) The process (production zone, capacity, process flows); 2) Layouts; 3) Equipment Requirements; 4) Applicable Regulations; 5) Quality Requirements; 6) Resources Requirements; 7) Key Philosophies (Automation, Cleaning, Sterilisation, subcontracting); 8) Utility Requirements; 9) Waste Handling Requirements; 10) Security Requirements. FORTIL provides an overall vision to new startups on the costs and timelines associated with their potential industrialisation with a flexible list of deliverables based on client requirements.
In general a basic feasability study would be between 10,000 - 20,000€ depending on the scope of the project & ressource requirements. This would include the following deliverables:

- Project Design Brief including all project philosophies & assumptions

- Project Budget (+-40%) for a feasability study.

In general, a feasability study will take between 4 - 12 weeks depending on the quality of input data and the complexity of the subject.
