Service description

Ad-hoc coaching, training, and analysis services will be delivered across three main pillars: 1. Technological: State-of-the-art insights into relevant technologies, differentiation of existing products, processes, or businesses. 2. Ecosystem: Monitoring key information on societal needs and challenges, regulations, investment trends, and other relevant factors. 3. Market: Tracking market trends, including evolution, size, key players, competitors, M&A activities, and investment operations. The service will be delivered in phases: Phase 1: 360° Assessment A preliminary evaluation of the project/company will be conducted to assess its readiness to bring innovation to market. Key aspects such as scientific relevance, team capabilities, technology applications, market readiness, competition, and level of intellectual property protection will be analysed. This phase will require two meetings with the beneficiaries. Phase 2: Product-Market Fit The value proposition of products and services, market analysis, and business model will be thoroughly reviewed. FEUGA experts will conduct the necessary analysis and collaborate with the entrepreneur to refine the product-market fit. Phase 3: Investor-Ready Documentation This phase involves reviewing and refining key materials such as pitch decks, one-pagers, business plans, financial statements, and other essential documents to align them with investor expectations. Phase 4: Pitching This phase focuses on effectively communicating the value proposition, bridging the gap between the technical perspective (solution development teams) and societal stakeholders (partners, investors, customers, and the general public). A combination of training and coaching will be provided over a one-month period, including at least two pitch simulations.

Financial requirements

Phase 1: Reduced daily rate for EIC beneficiaries of 450€. Budget will be fine-tunned depending on the needs and current scope of the project. 

Phase 2: 10.000€. An average of 10 two-hour sessions will be conducted within 6 months;the cost includes offline work performed by the experts to analyse and provide feedback on the presented strategy. If the project requires longer dedication, it will be charged at a reduced daily rate of 450€.

Phase 3: 2.000€. An average of 4 two-hour coaching sessions (weekly) will be conducted within 1 month. If the project requires longer dedication, it will be charged at a reduced daily rate of 450€. It can be coupled with additional services offered by FEUGA. 

Phase 4: 500€ for 10h of training/evaluation of materials divided into 2 pitching sessions.

Services defined as phases could be individualised and provided as standalone services depending on the maturity of project. At the beginning of each phase, FEUGA and EIC beneficiaries will agree on the timeline for the service, deliverables and budget.
