Strategic Internationalisation & Market Entry
Provided by Future Literacy Group · SpainService description
This 12-week internationalisation programme supports a selected cohort of EIC Accelerator beneficiaries with mature deep-tech and critical technologies seeking to enter strategic international markets.
The programme combines strategic intelligence, market-entry planning, ecosystem access and targeted stakeholder engagement to help beneficiaries move from technological readiness to commercial and institutional deployment.
The first phase assesses each beneficiary’s technology, value proposition, internationalisation objectives and target markets. The second phase provides market and ecosystem intelligence, identifying priority countries, customers, industrial partners, public stakeholders and relevant entry points. The third phase focuses on market-entry execution, including strategic positioning, stakeholder preparation, targeted introductions and support in developing commercial, institutional or pilot opportunities.
The programme combines cohort-level activities, including expert briefings, market intelligence sessions and peer exchange, with individualised support tailored to each beneficiary’s technology and objectives.
FLG provides access to its established networks across European and North American technology, industrial, investment and public-sector ecosystems, as well as selected international markets.
By the end of the programme, each beneficiary will have a validated internationalisation roadmap, a prioritised stakeholder and opportunity pipeline, and a structured action plan for market entry and ecosystem engagement. Where appropriate, the programme will also facilitate qualified introductions to potential customers, partners, investors and institutional stakeholders.
The programme is delivered in English through a hybrid format, combining online sessions with in-person engagement where relevant.
Participation is subject to a selection process based on strategic fit, technology maturity and internationalisation objectives. Cohort size is limited to ensure meaningful individualised support. Programme dates and application deadlines will be announced on the service page. Stakeholder introductions and market opportunities are subject to strategic fit, beneficiary readiness and third-party availability. The programme does not guarantee contracts, investment, pilots, regulatory approvals or other specific commercial outcomes.
