By leveraging our expertise and network of contacts, we aim to help EIC beneficiaries achieve their international expansion goals, increase revenue and profitability through expanded international sales, access new markets and customers, improve competitiveness and differentiation from competitors, and enhance brand recognition and reputation. 

1) Market Entry Analysis: a 3-month programme to raise awareness and get better decisions for the EIC beneficiaries in their expansion strategy in the selected country or region. It includes identification of key stakeholders, main technological hubs in the region, lead identification and interaction as well as commercial approach to potential partners, pricing strategy and other contacts locally. 

2) Full Market Research: a tailored 6-month programme including a team of seasoned executives, Engineers and serial entrepreneurs with vast experience in technical development and commercialisation success in the selected country or regions that will act as coaches and mentors of top EIC beneficiaries. 

3) Soft Landing programme: These services encompass facilitating the creation of a legal structure, conducting essential market and intellectual property checks, aiding companies in adapting their products and services to meet European standards and obtaining necessary certifications in the selected region.

1) Market Entry Analysis: €25,000 - €40,000.

2) Full Market Research: €45,000 - €70,000.

3) Soft Landing: €20,000 to €50,000.

Pricing varies on the targeted location, time allocated, and segmentation. 10-20% commission on sales achieved.
