This service helps EIC beneficiaries prepare clear communication materials for launch, market entry, sales conversations or international growth. Glitch works with the beneficiary to clarify the target audiences, value proposition, market messages and communication assets needed to support commercial conversations. The service can include audience mapping, positioning review, go-to-market messaging, website or landing page structure, product or service one-pager, sales narrative, stakeholder messages, launch communication plan, branded templates and content guidelines. Depending on scope, Glitch can also support copywriting, design direction and production of selected assets. The service is suited to EIC Transition and EIC Accelerator beneficiaries moving from technical validation toward market adoption, customer engagement, partnerships or internationalisation. It focuses on market communication and practical tools that founders, sales teams and leadership teams can use.

Financial requirements

The service is offered as a paid service. Typical costs range from €8,000 to €24,000, depending on scope, timeline and deliverables. Final pricing is agreed with each EIC beneficiary before contracting. Glitch offers a 20% discount to EIC beneficiaries acquiring the service through the EIC Service Catalogue.

A broader go-to-market communication package may take 6 to 8 weeks. Final deadlines are agreed before contracting. Service availability is subject to Glitch team capacity at the time of request.
