This service is designed to facilitate market research and entry within a 6-month timeline, leveraging GBI’s established Technology Management Interface (TMI) process, platform, network, and services. Through this service, EU innovators gain access to an “Innovator Internationalisation Helpdesk” that acts as their local team and guide in the target market. This helps them navigate opportunities—from understanding the market potential for their innovation to identifying customers, partners, and investors, as well as participating in trade shows or facilitating their first pilot with local industry players, research institutions, and universities.

ii) Partner Identification – Arranging virtual and physical meetings with potential partners, stakeholders, and key ecosystem players in Eastern Europe.
