Missions to international events in India & USA for partnership development and market access

Service description

GBI can support with the following training and matchmaking events:

A. Participation in International Matchmaking events in India and USA: Standalone customised participation in suitable events/trade shows/fairs for EIC innovators in India and USA, and customised business mission (multi-city week-long business mission can be organised for EIC innovators alongside participation in Event/Trade Show).
B. Pre-Mission Workshops and Training Sessions – Training programmes virtual or physical on: i) Doing Business in India and/or USA covering the business and market opportunities, regulatory aspects, financing environment, IP management, tax, and legal framework in India.
C. Pre-mission or during mission GBI Bridge Events – Half Day workshop: EIC Innovators can pitch to India or USA technology adopters and investors in a virtual or physical workshop.

Financial requirements

Cost will be customised based on event participation and mission organisation needs. Some indicative costs are: €10 – €15,000 for all three services.

Only for facilitating EIC Innovators' participation in trade shows/exhibitions/fairs matchmaking events and participation in trade fairs in India, UK, USA, and EU, including organising logistics, B2B, pavilion showcase, participation in panels, etc. is €5000/company (plus event participation cost at actuals). Customised multi-city business visits to India and USA – cost based on scope of work.
