Service description

AI Strategies for Startup Founders - Silicon Valley in Your Pocket globalises innovation best practices through lectures and workshops (live and over Zoom), along with on-demand content, quizzes, tools, templates, checklists, calculators, and data-driven assessments. In this newly-developed eight-week programme, startup founders and entrepreneurs can lay a foundation for an AI-first startup company, not only using tools to maximise productivity and achieve professional and credible results with generative AI, but also the resources needed to build a data-first business strategy that allows companies to build long-term, sustainable advantages through the data they acquire, analyse, and act upon to obtain new, better insights to maximise the customer experience. Key programme components include:

Interactive Market Research Workshop - The workshop focuses on startup market research: customers, competitors & partners. Participants will be presented with template prompts for generative AI tools that will be introduced for the development of research. To supplement that research, they will be given other research resources that can feed the research effort.

Interactive Marketing Workshop - The workshop focuses on investor relations, and business development materials. Participants will be presented with template prompts for generative AI tools that will be introduced. They will walk away with first draft materials that can be used to present to investors, customers, and partners. The programme includes marketing materials & messaging development, including logo, pitch deck, and preliminary sales materials.

Data Monetization and AI - This programme introduces a 5-Step Playbook for developing an AI strategy and defensive moat, including regulatory-compliant and consumer opt-in data monetisation and AI tools. This programme will help startups to systematically identify and evaluate different data monetisation opportunities.
