Service description

Global Launch Base works with entrepreneurial ventures looking to launch into the dynamic Indian market. We analyse each venture's unique needs and work with experts and mentors to tailor a launch platform. The platform's goal is to provide concrete pilot opportunities, market validations, and introductions to the ecosystem of business partners, investors, and governmental organisations. A typical project will include the following initial steps (before entering India): Need assessment, market research, expert interviews, and a high-level go-to-market plan. In the next phase, we arrange meetings with various industry connections to achieve market validation through revenue-making pilot opportunities. In the final phase, we help with the setting up of the appropriate business entity for operation and launch into the Indian market.
