We apply our methodology based on 8 weeks of work on 8 topics closely with entrepreneurs. Each week consists of the following plan: 1. Collect information from entrepreneurs or start-ups; 2. 90-minute remote meeting of questions & answers, and debate; and 3. Written results at the end of the week. The content of the service will include: Identifying the market opportunity, clients’ segmentation, and market quantification, defining a compelling value proposition and sound business model, validating through interviews with stakeholders, perform a competitors and SWOT analysis, preparing a Go-to-market strategy and commercialisation plan, and mapping investment risks and roadmap. The results will include a business plan report and a pitch-deck ready to present to investors.
