Service description

This service entails the preparation of a six-year financial plan with monthly granularity to translate the business strategy of entrepreneurs/start-ups in economics. Content: Build a sound financial model including sales projections and detailed cost structure (personnel, marketing, R&D, administrative, operations) with variable and fixed OPEX and CAPEX. Valuation and investment impact will be made in a capitalisation table.

Result:

i) P&L, Balance Statement, and Cash-flow,

ii) Summary of financial and scalability KPIs

iii) Clear overview of financial needs and funding strategy.
