A Technology Transfer Advisory Service provides legal expertise to support the negotiation of licencing agreements and other legal issues related to the exploitation of research results. The service is tailored to EIC beneficiaries' specific needs and encompasses the following key elements: expertise in crafting licencing agreements, encompassing the legal aspects of transferring technology from a research organisation to a commercial entity; strategic advice concerning technology transfer legal issues, such as intellectual property protection and commercialisation strategies, to help companies effectively exploit their research results; and direct negotiation support, whether conducted in-person or remotely, to help companies effectively negotiate licencing agreements and other technology transfer legal issues. The goal of this service is to provide expertise and support to help companies effectively navigate the legal aspects of technology transfer and successfully exploit their research results while aligning with their specific goals and facilitating commercial success.
