Latin America Market Entry & Commercial Scaling Support

Harpy Enterprise

Panama

Service ID:

Service description

This service provides commercial market entry and scaling support for EIC awardees seeking to establish or expand business activities in Latin America. It is designed to generate direct customer and partner introductions, early commercial traction, and a qualified pipeline, without the need to deploy a permanent local team.

The service is execution-led and focused on business development outcomes. Harpy Enterprise acts as a regional commercial representative, identifying and engaging relevant end customers, distributors, and strategic partners, and facilitating targeted introductions aligned with the awardee’s commercial objectives. The service supports lead qualification, meeting coordination, and active participation in commercial discussions and negotiations.

Strategic input is applied selectively to support execution, including light guidance on market prioritisation, positioning, and key regulatory considerations where required to unlock access or advance deals. The emphasis is on rapid market engagement rather than extensive market assessments or document generation.

The service is delivered by in-house business development professionals with strong regional networks, supported by local specialists when sector-specific or regulatory expertise is needed. It is particularly suited to dual-use and deep-tech EIC awardees active in aerospace, advanced manufacturing, defence, and technology-driven sectors.

At the end of the service, EIC awardees will have direct market access, an active commercial pipeline, and a clear path to scaling in Latin America. The service is delivered remotely and/or on-site, in English or Spanish, over a period of three to six months, depending on scope and objectives.

Financial requirements

Based on a mixed model of upfront payment and success fee: Global Package of €30,000 that comprehensively covers the cost of all the activities mentioned in the service description.

Success Fee: 15-25% of the total value sold in LATAM. (Invoiced within 15 days of customer payment receipt).

The final terms will be determined based on the project scope and stage of the company.

The EIC covers a total of 50%: 25% at contract signature and the remaining 25% at the end of the service. The other 50%, to be paid by the EIC startup, is payable only once the startup secures its first client. This means the EIC startup, will not need to make any financial disbursement unless it generates revenue from a client in LATAM, thereby mitigating the risk associated with this service.
