Our comprehensive approach delivers in-depth analysis and validation by directly engaging a network of local experts and healthcare professionals.
The primary goal of this service is to secure direct market validation of the product or service from healthcare professionals and decision-makers in the target country, to facilitate market adoption and ensure the conditions for reimbursement and/or commercialisation are being met:- Startups receive personalised support tailored to their specific needs, with a diverse range of service components, including:
i) Market Positioning – Segmentation, targeting, and competitive differentiation.
ii) Business Model Validation – Pricing, reimbursement pathways, and revenue streams.
iii) Operational Roadmap – Resource allocation, risk mitigation, and milestone tracking.
iv) Refinement of the value proposition using the language, concepts, and priorities of local payers and decision-makers.
v) Quantification of market opportunity through access to local data interpreted by expert analysts.
The service is primarily delivered online, with the option of a hybrid format if required. EU key regions include the CEE region, including Romania, the UK, Spain, Belgium, France, Germany, Italy, the Netherlands, Portugal, Switzerland, and the UK.
Commercial introductions: €2000/introduction and a success fee of 2% for any deals closed.
Following the needs assessment, HDI may, at its sole discretion, provide a customised offer to the EIC beneficiary based on the assessment results. This offer will be tailored to the EIC beneficiary's specific market entry needs and requested service components. Accordingly, the total service fee may vary and is estimated to range:
Market validation: €3000 to €19,000, depending on the innovation, healthcare sector, and targeted geographical market.
Pricing and reimbursement: €6000 to €18,000, depending on the innovation, healthcare sector, and targeted geographical market.
