Unleashing the power of AI in your innovation
IA (Instituto de Asesores SL)
Service ID:
EP330S1This tailored advisory service helps early-stage teams understand, design, and integrate artificial intelligence (AI) into their solutions in a responsible and value-driven way. Delivered by IA’s in-house experts in AI strategy, data governance, and innovation management, the service runs over 6 to 8 weeks. It targets innovators from research groups planning a spinoff and entrepreneurs in the early development of their products or services across sectors such as health, energy, manufacturing, digital, and creative industries. The goal is to transform a well-developed idea or technology into a more powerful AI-powered value proposition, with a realistic implementation roadmap and an appropriate ethical and regulatory framework. The service is structured in three phases: (1) opportunity and feasibility assessment, (2) solution redesign considering AI capabilities and consequent data strategy design, and (3) roadmap, risk, and governance definition. Activities include diagnostic interviews, use-case prioritization, data and model options review, risk and compliance mapping, and co-creating a concise implementation and partnership plan. Expected outcomes are a validated set of AI-based use cases, a high-level technical and data architecture, and a phased roadmap aligned with resources and impact goals. Implementation combines online group workshops, individual mentoring sessions, exhaustive analysis and validation at IA, guided templates, an implementation report, and a final feedback session for refinement.
