This individualised service supports EIC Transition and EIC Accelerator beneficiaries that are preparing for first commercialisation or expansion into new European markets and definition of a structured and access-oriented market entry pathway. Activities include assessment of launch sequence and country prioritisation, review of pricing and reimbursement pathways, HTA submission readiness assessment, stakeholder and payer mapping, identification of evidence gaps relevant for launch, and refinement of the product value story for market access decision-makers. The goal is to help beneficiaries align commercial, access, and evidence considerations before launch and to define the optimal order and conditions for entry into selected European markets. Expected outcomes include a launch sequence recommendation, a country-level market entry roadmap, a prioritised HTA and reimbursement preparation plan, and a concise set of actions to reduce pre-launch access risk. The service is delivered remotely through tailored expert sessions.
