This service supports EIC Transition and Accelerator beneficiaries in preparing and executing a successful fundraising process, from early investor readiness to active negotiations. The service starts with an assessment of the company’s funding strategy, maturity and alignment between business model, financial projections and growth ambition. Based on this analysis, beneficiaries receive tailored coaching on fundraising strategy, investor targeting, valuation logic and financing scenarios, including considerations specific to capital-intensive and long development-cycle innovations. The service includes hands-on support to structure an investor-ready pitch deck, executive summary and financial narrative adapted to different investor profiles such as business angels, venture capital funds, corporate investors or public investors. Beneficiaries are also coached on negotiation principles, due-diligence preparation and common investor expectations. Where relevant, the service facilitates structured introductions to investor networks within IGNITY’s ecosystem. The objective is not to guarantee funding, but to significantly improve the quality, credibility and efficiency of fundraising efforts. At the end of the service, beneficiaries are equipped with a coherent fundraising strategy, professional investor materials and a clear action plan to engage investors.
