This go-to-market service, designed to equip businesses with a robust market entry strategy, is for startups and enterprises in TRL 7 or above, as they approach launching on the market. The service is structured in six 2-week sprints over three months. In the first sprint, conduct a thorough analysis of the product or service being brought into the marketplace. After, we look into your target segments and competitors and the trends affecting the marketplace. The second sprint focuses on developing a comprehensive go-to-market strategy, outlining positioning, pricing, and distribution channels. In the third sprint, work focuses on understanding the interests, pains, and behaviors of the target. The fourth sprint shifts to create a detailed marketing strategy, including digital and traditional marketing tactics tailored to the identified audience(s), as well as crafting a compelling communication plan. The fifth sprint involves developing a sales enablement strategy, providing the sales team with the tools and resources needed for successful outreach. Finally, in the sixth sprint, establish metrics for success and a feedback loop, ensuring ongoing optimisation and adjustment during the launch into the market. Throughout the process, benefit from regular check-ins and collaborative workshops to ensure alignment and drive results. The activity will be carried out online with the support of custom-matched experts.
