Soft-landing capacity building for Colombia & Latin America
Impact Hub Colombia
Service ID:
EP141S1The service targets EIC beneficiaries aiming to expand overseas, particularly in Latin America and Colombia. The service duration spans 6 months in multiple phases, beginning with a diagnostic assessment of participants' business models. Following this, workshops are conducted to impart theoretical and practical knowledge essential for business growth. Personalised mentoring sessions then address specific gaps identified in the diagnostic phase, tailored to the Colombian market context. A key component is a one-week exchange programme in Colombia, facilitating international scaling opportunities. Methodological elements include workshops, personalised 1-on-1 sessions, partner cultural talks, and networking events with relevant Colombian entities. Activities encompass market research and analysis to understand local dynamics, legal and regulatory advice for compliance, and a market surveillance report to identify potential partners. These activities collectively equip participants with knowledge, skills, and connections crucial for successful business development in Colombia and beyond. The expected outcome is that participants gain a deeper understanding of the Colombian market, enhanced business development capabilities, and valuable connections within Colombia's ecosystem. The process involves active engagement from participants, supported by in-house experts and coaches throughout the service duration, ensuring personalised guidance and assistance tailored to individual needs.
€150 per hour.
Costs related to flights, accommodation and per-diems in Colombia are not included in the hourly rate.
