The Internationalization Service transforms global expansion into a strategic de-risking roadmap. In the package, INAM provides 15 hours of expert, on-demand support to help advanced materials startups align their global Go-to-Market (GTM) strategy with local regulatory and capital requirements. Expansion is strategically evaluated beyond mere sales potential. INAM support you to do an opportunity analysis across key global hubs (including China, USA, Germany, France, Japan, and Singapore), assessing each market's suitability based on customer volume, regulatory ease, local supply chain stability, and the availability of patient, regional public funding. Finally, INAM helps you establish high-value connections with cvcs, industrial integrators, and relevant public funding bodies in the target geography to secure the necessary long-term, blended capital for industrial scale.
