The "Material-to-Market" Service offers flexible mentoring for Advanced Materials startups by applying a systematic framework to de-risk commercialization and industrial scaling. This service is diagnostic-driven, prioritizing the identification and mitigation of immediate, high-leverage risks across three pillars: Commercial, Operational, and Capital. This includes the validation of commercial application, developing pricing models, and preparing the narrative needed to secure the first binding Letter of Intent (LOI). In an second pillar industrial readiness, the focus shifts to operational planning. Finally, in a third pillar a financing strategy optimizes non-dilutive funding, ensuring capital deployment is tightly linked to MRL milestones to minimize founder dilution and maximize valuation uplift for future rounds.
