With this service, EIC Transition and EIC Accelerator beneficiaries from the Green sector will be able to increase their excellence, improve their impact and reinforce their implementation plan at the same time. Our team will help EIC beneficiaries in reinforcing their competitive advantage to optimise their value chain positioning and to improve their societal, environmental and economic impacts; this service also aims to strengthen the EIC beneficiaries’ team to reinforce the excellence of the execution of their implementation plan. EIC Transition beneficiaries will have the opportunity to successfully demonstrate their innovative technology, while EIC Accelerator beneficiaries will have the possibility to bring their innovative product/service to the market; other topics will be defined ad-hoc. The first phase (diagnosis phase) is a 5-hour, online, global diagnostic delivered by 3 in-house experts and will cover business development, technology and human resources/team development topics. The diagnosis phase aims to deliver a 360° readiness assessment of the company. The second phase of the service is completely tailor-made, according to the needs and sectors of expertise of the beneficiary. Our team will develop a structured plan of a global support program adapted to the beneficary’s innovation stage and development goals, with tailored duration and pricing. A minimum of 2 months should be needed to achieve the results. During this period EIC beneficiaries may get high-level training delivered by experts from the French greentech ecosystem, introductions with KOLs from Paris-Saclay and France, technology feedback on the Green sector, support on fundraising, among others.
