This mentoring and coaching service is designed to support early-stage (< TRL4) and pre-commercial stage (>TRL6) deep-tech projects. It leverages Arian’s proprietary algorithms, which transform complex market and competitive data into actionable decision‑making insights.

Delivered through a collaborative co‑creation approach, in-house mentors act as co‑creators rather than mere advisors, supporting teams in refining their business models and strategies through structured guidance and evidence-based strategic decision-making and tailored feedback. The service is complemented when relevant by external experts bringing extensive experience from multinational corporations and healthcare environments.

The primary goal is to empower beneficiaries to pinpoint high-potential opportunities, anticipate risks, and craft evidence-based international growth strategies—reducing global market uncertainty.

Financial requirements

Hourly price: Senior expert mentoring or workshops: €125-€250/hour. Fees and payment terms are defined contractually before project initiation.
