Service ID:
EP225S1Innovation Sprints for Trustworthy AI are 4-week intensive programmes designed to help organiaations prototype, validate, and deploy ethical AI solutions. The sprints focus on AI explainability, bias mitigation, and compliance with international AI ethics standards. Each sprint lasts 4 weeks, with structured weekly engagements, including interactive workshops, mentoring sessions, and practical simulations. This service is aimed at tech startups, scaleups, and social enterprises developing or deploying AI solutions. It is particularly relevant for AI product managers, data scientists, UX designers, and compliance officers in sectors such as FinTech, HealthTech, EdTech, and Social Innovation. The goal is to build transparent and ethical AI products by integrating AI explainability and bias detection from the start of the product development lifecycle, ensuring compliance and enhancing user trust.
The service has 3 phases - Phase 1: Design & Ideation (Week 1) – Defining ethical objectives, impact mapping, and user journey analysis. Phase 2: Prototyping (Week 2-3) – Rapid prototyping with a focus on explainable AI models and bias audits. Phase 3: Testing & Feedback (Week 4) – Real-world testing with end-users and feedback loops for continuous improvement. The activities include, Workshops on ethical AI design, bias mitigation, and transparent communication; Mentorship and Coaching by in-house AI ethics experts and agile coaches; Ethical UX Audits to ensure inclusive and fair AI experiences. The expected outcome is for organisations to validate AI prototypes and ensure they are explainable, fair, and compliant with ethical standards, ready for scaling. The sprints are conducted hybrid – a mix of virtual workshops and on-site simulations at GoodTech Living Lab, ensuring flexibility and interactive learning.
