Service description

This service is addressing management teams, CEOs, and business development teams with a systemic and structured approach to future planning. The service is delivered as an adjustable series of creative and challenging workshops, preceded by data gathering and analysis. The possible outcomes include: value proposition analysis, product/service design process, development of revenue model and pricing; cost analysis and plan; resource development plans including financial flows and funding gaps; Investment scenario analysis and business case development.

The service can be delivered remotely or on-site (in case of larger workshops), in English or Polish. It is suitable for startups in early and growth stages that are in need for development of proof of concept, product and market strategies as well develop models and plans for funding, scaling, and decisions of strategic importance.
