Proposal Preparation - We manage the full preparation of funding applications, including drafting of technical and business documents, tailored to the specific structure of each call (e.g., business plans for Smart\&Start); developing pitches & video materials - script development, slide creation, and professional video editing for pitch videos and investor presentations; Financial Documentation: Preparation of budgets, financial forecasts, milestone plans, and funding structures; Annexes & Declarations: Collection and formatting of legal, technical, and administrative attachments (e.g., Letters of Intent, FTO). 3. Coaching & Interview Preparation (where applicable) - Coaching for panel interviews, Q\&A simulations and pitch rehearsals, alignment between oral and written content.
