Service description

This service covers all aspects concerning designs and is aimed at all EIC beneficiaries wishing to protect a design.

The services offered comprises:
a) drafting and filing designs with the Italian Patent and Trademark Office;
b) drafting and filing community designs with the European Union Intellectual Property Office (EUIPO);
c) drafting and filing international designs with the World Intellectual Property Organization (WIPO);
d) Design prosecution comprising: drafting and filing responses to Office actions, actions of declaration of invalidity, appeals, paying maintenance fees, etc;
e) drafting and recording assignments, licences, mergers, security rights, changes of name, changes of address, incorporations, surrenders; and
f) assistance in and off the court for infringement matters.

The costs may vary depending on project scope and context.
