Delegation to International events: Market Exploration and Partnership Opportunities in India, USA and UAE

CSL actively monitors major technology events in India, the USA and the UAE and is formally appointed as a channel partner for select conferences and market access programmes. The duration of the programme is aligned with the event timeline, and option of two additional days before or after the event to further understand the ecosystem. This service offers the following: 

1) Pre-delegation: Upon confirmation of interest, CSL liaises with event organisers to obtain a list of potential participants. This list is shared with EIC beneficiaries, who may identify preferred contacts for meetings. Based on the objectives of the visit, CSL provides advisory input on potential partners and schedules appointments. Meeting facilities, either at the venue or nearby, are arranged and CSL also advises on accommodation options, manages coordination of entry passes, and prepares a detailed itinerary. 

2) During the event: CSL representatives are present on-site, and if requested, they may attend meetings to ensure continuity of discussions. CSL may also host a networking dinner to enhance engagement opportunities. 

3) Post-delegation: Within two weeks of conclusion of the event, a comprehensive report summarising objectives and outcomes of meetings. Upon request, CSL facilitates up to three follow-up meetings with stakeholders identified during the visit. The purpose of this service is to enable EIC beneficiaries to develop a structured understanding of the technology ecosystems in respective countries and build meaningful connections. CSL, as an advisory firm, ensures continuity of support beyond the delegation.
