This service targets innovative start-up/scale-up ventures (mainly digital/deeptech at large, but also potentially in other fields such as the energy, greentech or blue economy sectors). It consists in providing a professional coaching/mentoring support to young ventures for any issue regarding their strategy, their finance or their development at a TRL 5 to TRL 9 stage. It encompasses (1) an analytical approach with an understanding of the roots of the issue, (2) high-level frameworks for developing successful solutions, (3) assistance in executing the implementation of solutions. The goal is to provide to innovative ventures a better understanding of their challenges and priorities and therefore to be more efficient in the innovation development, more impactful in its market introduction and more rapid in the business scale-up. The assignment can be delivered in several modules along several weeks/months depending on each specific client needs. It will include an overview of the venture's major business issues, the development of analytical frameworks and potential options and the definition and implementation of practical solutions. The mission will combine (a) preparation sessions for sharing issues and analytical frameworks, (b) workshops for analysing the situation and proposing solutions, (c) follow-up sessions for implementing solutions and evaluating their business impact. The provided guidance will be based on best effective practices. The deliverable will be made of analytical frameworks, workshop reports and a final coaching/mentoring impact summary.
