CFO as a Service (CFOaaS) provides businesses with on-demand access to experienced financial leadership without the cost and commitment of a full-time CFO. CFOaaS includes a comprehensive suite of financial services, such as: a) Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A): Budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling to guide decision-making. b) Fundraising Support: Assistance with investor relations, financial due diligence, and capital structuring. c) Cash Flow & Working Capital Management: Ensuring liquidity and optimising financial resources. d) Strategic Advisory: Mergers & acquisitions, valuation, and growth strategy development. e) Financial Reporting & Compliance: Preparing accurate, investor-ready reports aligned with IFRS/local GAAP. The service is monthly and ongoing. It includes 3 months of onboarding, followed by monthly monitoring and regular CFO support.
