ClarkeModet can help to define and structure data management encompassing sensitive data, R&D data, personal data, intellectual property and corporate secrecy (‘the assets’), aligned with innovation management (ISO56000). The scope includes the following aspects within the service: a) Strengthening asset management and control: Define clear policies and standards that enable data to be managed as strategic assets. b) Strategic compliance and legal protection: Data governance facilitates compliance with key regulations, promoting ‘design-by-design data protection’ practices that mitigate legal risks and enhance business security. c) Active enterprise risk mitigation: define and implement processes and measures in place to minimise the risks of data misuse, loss or corruption. d) Optimising responsible use and access to information: Encourage efficient and secure use of information, allowing testing, research and development to be carried out with adequate protection measures. e) Training sessions and individualised coaching services on data governance consultancy and related issues. In this sense, ClarkeModet offers a modular Data Management and Governance System that can be adapted depending on the specific needs of each project.

The costs may vary depending on project scope and context.
