Service description

This service entails advising on the funding and type of investment needed, producing all marketing materials required to reach out to potential investors, crafting the list with potential investors, supporting in distribution, advising on the Terms & conditions of investment offers, and guiding during negotiations.

Financial requirements

Monthly Commitment Fee ranging €8.000-20.000 (depending on the scope of work).

Upon success Commission Fee:

Capital raise/sale of shares: 5% (€0-25M), 4% (€25-50M), 3% (above €50M);
Debt raise: 3.5% (€0-50M), 3% (€50-100M), 2.5% (above €100M).
Project introductions: 2%.
