Service description

This coaching programme partners with intact teams (4– 8 members) on a structured learning journey led by ICF‑certified team‑coaches (on‑site delivery optional). After individual interviews, across six 90‑minute sessions, the team works on a shared performance goal, e.g., elevating collective leadership, sharpening decision‑making rhythms, strengthening psychological safety, or building resilience under change, while grounding every conversation in real, day‑to‑day team challenges. Available in 12 EU languages and time-zone friendly, Coachello’s Team Coaching scales seamlessly across geographically dispersed organisations seeking high-impact, data-driven team development. Coachello AI is a Paris based scale-up specialised in soft skills and leadership development in fast paced and high stakes environments. Coachello AI works with some of the quickliest growing organisations on the planet and uses the best of human and tech to provoke lasting behavioural change.

Cohorts must be confirmed at least ten (10) working days before the first session.
