Service description

This service targeted at EIC Transition and Accelerator beneficiaries grants them access to 300 members and experts of Consilience Group. Experts, typically with 10-25 years’ experience, are prepared to work for a combination of cash/sweat equity to support startups through their journey. Many experts are excited founders with experience in technical innovation and/or commercializing new technology. Others include go-to-market, financing and business operations specialists who can support the funding journey and establishing a strong operational platform. Consilience Ventures is the world’s largest sweat equity investor, recognized by HMRC in the UK for its ability to convert startup shares into a digital asset that can be exchanged for cash and services. CV provides services across Europe, the UK and North America.

CV will assess each application and reserves the right to decide whether to offer services. Each service will be subject to the terms and conditions agreed upon between the EIC beneficiary and CV.
