EIC beneficiaries are onboarded by our team to set clear goals and align on the scope of the deliverables matching them with the desired outcomes. An experienced human capital/HR expert will be assigned to the EIC beneficiary and will further validate the requirements of the support needed and share details on the service delivery and the collaboration required. Our team aims to perform the activities as independently as possible and convene with the EIC beneficiary only when and where necessary as we know that most of the beneficiaries have limited capacity to allocate to the activities.
