Service description

The Digital Solution Providers Catalogue is a curated platform designed to connect startups, SMEs, and enterprises with leading digital technology providers. The service facilitates access to a wide range of digital solutions and expertise, enabling organisations to accelerate their digital transformation and innovation journeys. The service is structured into three key phases:

1) Needs Analysis and Solution Matching: In the initial phase, users undergo a comprehensive needs analysis conducted by in-house experts. Based on this assessment, users are matched with the most relevant digital solution providers from the catalogue. The catalogue includes: Cloud Computing and Data Analytics providers for scalable infrastructure and business intelligence, Cybersecurity and Compliance experts for safeguarding digital assets, Software Development and Integration specialists for custom digital solutions, IoT and Industry 4.0 providers for smart manufacturing and automation.

2) Solution Evaluation and Selection: Users are supported in evaluating potential solutions through demos, trials, and expert consultations. This phase ensures informed decision-making and optimal solution selection. In-house and external mentors provide guidance on technical specifications, integration requirements, and cost-benefit analysis.

3) Implementation and Support: Once a solution is selected, users receive implementation support, including onboarding and technical assistance. This phase includes continuous feedback loops and performance monitoring to ensure successful deployment and operational efficiency. The service is available on a continuous basis with hybrid implementation (online consultations and onsite deployments). It is targeted at startups, SMEs, and enterprises across sectors such as HealthTech, Manufacturing, Retail, and Smart Cities. The expected outcome is the successful adoption of digital solutions that enhance productivity and competitiveness.
