Service description

A twelve-month support fundraising programme directed towards EIC beneficiaries in the healthcare sector. The programme is designed to help EIC beneficiaries to secure dilutive funding that complements EIC financing and enables a full financial round completion. The first phase of this support, led by healthcare finance experts, focuses on refining the equity story, improving documentation destinated to investors, and conducting coaching sessions with the management team. It also includes in-depth discussions on financial needs, valuation, and financial perspectives. The second phase of this support consists in reaching out to our extended network of specialised investors (~1000 investors), arranging introductory meetings, and supporting the EIC beneficiaries throughout investor interactions. The final phase is dedicated to securing a termsheet and advising management through negotiations with the stakeholders involved in the financial round. Weekly meetings with the management team are held throughout the programme to provide tailored guidance at every stage of the process.
